My numbers are a bit off today because I forgot to turn on my cardiogram app until after I had finished drag curls. Everything else went fantastic today. I felt calf raises in the inner thighs because I am trying to focus on keeping my legs tight so I raise on the whole ball of my foot instead of just the outside.
